Where do you ship?

At currently ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail. 

When will my order be sent?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days. If an item requires alterations or personalisation, please allow a littler extra time.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, including postage and packaging

Free delivery on orders over £100 and to local postcodes SW19, SW20 and SW15. Local delivery is automatically applied at checkout.

What if I'm not at home?

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail to arrange collection or redelivery. Parcels returned to Blu Rose due to non-collection may incur a further delivery charge if they need to be resent.
