Returns & Refunds


Blu Rose very much hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case pleases contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to solve the problem. If we are unable to solve the problem or if the item itself is faulty then we will refund the cost of the item. Credit will not include the original cost of shipping.

If a refund is requested please send an email to lisa@blu-rose.com and I will provide you with an address to which you can return your item. It must not be used and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

On returning an item, you are responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable. We advise using a delivery service that is tracked to ensure your item is insured against loss. Blu Rose cannot guarantee items that we have not posted ourselves.

On returning the item, please provide your name, address, telephone number and reason for returning your purchase.

Blu Rose is unable to accept returns of earrings or facemasks due to hygiene purposes.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Blu Rose does not exchange items, as most pieces are unique and individual, exchanges are not possible. However, a refund will be granted if the item is damaged or faulty. Please email: lisa@blu-rose.com stating the issue with the item.
